We design signature drink programs specific to your event, grounded in real technique. Every decision — the spirit, the garnish, the reveal — is built around what your event is actually about. Nothing we serve is templated, recycled, or built for someone else's brand (and trust us, it shows).
SIGNATURE & FULL COCKTAIL
BARS
Whether you're hosting a wedding, a gala, or a corporate reception, we build a signature drink menu designed around your event and serve it with theater. Two or three custom cocktails, each with an interactive element — smoke domes, edible bubbles, floating garnishes, custom toppers — poured by a professional molecular team.

ABOUT THE PROCESS
We keep things clear and straightforward from the very first conversation, because good work starts with a process your brand can trust. Here is how we move from strategy to execution.
01 /DISCOVER
We start with the event, not the drinks. Who's coming, the setup, what the night is actually for, and what your guests will remember a week later.
02 /DEVELOP
We build the concept: the cocktails, the interactive element on each drink, the menu, and envision how the bar reads from across the room.
03 /DEPLOY
We arrive early, set up, and run the bar. We execute, and you get to enjoy your event.

6 weeks is comfortable for a custom menu. 2 weeks is the minimum we'd take on for signature work. If you have a date, tell us early.

We do NOT provide the liquor. We work with a liquor vendor and can facilitate and create a checklist for your event

We are licensed and insured. We provide the required COI for our services

We staff 1 bartender per 75 guests and have run events from 50 to 1000. Above 200, we scale the team and simplify the theater so the line keeps moving.

We work under your banner or beside it, whichever the client needs. You get one contact, a run sheet we follow, and a bar program you don't have to build.
