Every event gets a menu built for it. Nothing off a list.

Before the ice, the smoke, the honeycomb shard — there's a sketch. We draw each cocktail as a concept: glass, color, garnish, the one element that makes a guest pick it up and look twice. It's how a menu gets approved before a bottle is opened, and how a planner knows exactly what will be in a guest's hand on the night. The drawing comes first. The drink matches the sketch.
